Karur Vysya Bank is a private sector bank in India. It has its head quarters in Karur in Tamil Nadu. The founders of this bank are M. A. Venkatarama Chettiar and Athi Krishna Chettiar who set up this bank in 1916.

The bank is popularly called KVB. It was set up to capitalize on the market of traders and agriculturists in Karur and started with a seed capital of 1 lakh.
